Do you know the place, where the stork still brings the babies? This place is far away, somewhere near the edge of the world. Only animals live there, but all different kinds of animals: pigs, foxes, rhinoceroses, giraffes, elephants, cows, tigers and lions, crocodiles, mice and naturally storks. Normally the females bring the children into the world, but there it works quite differently: There is always a stork, who is assigned to bringing the babies to their parents.
This stork continues for a long time, until itself gets a baby. The animal babies are wrapped into large, green leafs and rest upon a small, soft cloud high up in the sky. There they must be picked up and are taken to their parents who already wait impatiently for the arrival of their new generation.
There was one stork lady named Ariane, who kept delivering animal babies for months or even years, but she herself did not get any baby to keep. This made her very sad...
